Dallas/Fort Worth is predicted to be America’s hottest real estate market in 2025 according to Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Urban Land Institute. Nearly 500 people move to North Texas every day according to 2025 figures from the Dallas Business Journal, and the D/FW Metroplex has grown by 7.1% since 2020.
While the housing market continues to thrive in North Texas, it is also one of the nation’s most competitive markets for home builders and developers. There are over 9,200 square miles and 200 incorporated cities and towns that make up the larger D/FW Metroplex. So, homebuyers also have a lot of options where they can live, and a lot of communities vying for their mortgage.
Wildridge is a 430-acre master-planned community in Oak Point, Texas – about 30 miles north of D/FW International Airport. It’s biggest positive – and negative – is that it’s not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. In fact, it’s a bit north of it. And that became the focus of the new community website.
Wildridge rests along the peaceful peninsula of Lake Lewisville in Oak Point, Texas. The community features over 1600 beautiful homes nestled among 430 acres of unmatched nature and suburban serenity. Mature trees, wildflowers, native grasses, green spaces, and refreshing waters bring together wildlife, lake life, and the good life – making it a breath of fresh air for North Texas living.
The community also features seven miles of hike and bike trails, two catch-and-release fishing ponds, mountain bike and canoe rentals, parks and playgrounds, access to Lake Lewisville, and two amenity centers with resort-style pools. For the outdoors type, there was nothing that compared to the natural beauty of the community and the volume of amenities.
“Get lost in the wild” became the theme for Wildridge, and the new website was released into the wild in late 2024 as the builders began preselling the newest phase of the community.
