Real estate businesses took a hit during the Covid-19 pandemic since potential buyers could not physically visit properties. Given the situation, our client, United Properties Solutions Ltd (UPSL), needed a unique way to sell their properties and came to Notionhive for making this a reality.
We implemented a social media campaign on Facebook to increase awareness about our client’s properties and to generate property sales. With tailored content and a well-optimized media buying strategy, we effectively engaged with potential customers and directed them to Virtual Property Expo Microsite where they could have the real-estate experience virtually.
We successfully raised awareness on social media, generating 400,000+ website impressions, 493 leads, and selling 7 properties in total. Our campaign generated revenues of around $1,617,987 after spending only $1,458 on media buying.
