Total Sport Solutions has spent over 12 years building premium courts and gym floors for homeowners, clubs and school boards across Canada, but its website never quite caught up. The old site buried buyers in technical spec sheets right next to sales copy and offered one flat path no matter who was visiting.

CIPR Communications rebuilt the site from the ground up: roughly 55 pages plus an ongoing gallery and blog, with about 25 pages rebuilt from existing content and 30 net-new pages added to support a completely new structure. Three clear service pillars (Outdoor Courts, Indoor Gym Flooring and Pickleball Solutions) replace the old flat navigation. The acrylic and hardwood pages, once dense walls of specs, are now structured, tiered systems anyone can understand at a glance. The homepage leads with real reviews, live project counts and named client testimonials instead of a generic product grid. The old eleven-field contact form is gone, replaced by one simple, low-friction way to reach out.

Twelve years into building the real thing, TSS finally has a website that matches it.
