The Lanson Partners brand relaunch began with a complete repositioning, centred on a powerful new brand concept: Impact. This became their USP and market positioning: the belief that every hire should be a catalyst for meaningful change, strengthening businesses and shaping careers. Before designing a single page, we defined this strategic foundation so that every visual, every piece of copy, and every UX choice would express and reinforce this promise.

The Impact concept guided the visual language: the unstoppable force of crashing waves symbolises the transformative effect of the right hire, while black-and-white portraits with rectangular colour overlays bring individual talent into focus: a literal representation of the positive career shift Lanson Partners creates.

The colour palette: Deep blue for authority, Teal for vitality and growth, with accents of Sand beige and Coral for strengthening brand recognition and evokes trust, optimism, and sophistication.

Built on the Duda platform for exceptional performance, the site delivers fast load times, seamless navigation, and an elevated user experience. Copywriting was crafted to be SEO-optimised, embedding the brand’s positioning and high-value search terms into engaging, conversion-driven storytelling. This strategic combination of design, UX, and content has sharpened brand positioning, increased differentiation, and boosted recognition.

Since launch, the refreshed brand has driven measurable results, including a significant rise in organic website traffic and achieving Page 1 Google ranking for “Recruitment Sydney”. This proves that when strategic positioning is paired with SEO-focused, storytelling-led design, the impact extends far beyond the page.
