The Tennessee Disability Coalition partnered with Landslide Creative to reimagine its website as an accessible, user-centered hub for people with disabilities, families, advocates, member organizations, policymakers and community partners across the state.
For an organization whose mission centers on disability inclusion, accessibility was a strategic imperative. It shaped everything from structure and language to navigation and real-world testing with disabled staff members.
The new site turns a large, complex body of content into clear pathways for users. It includes a resource library, plain-language navigation that replaces internal program shorthand, expanded opportunities to sign up and engage, on-page navigation that supports deeper exploration without overwhelming visitors, an event calendar, a member resource area and a news feed for policy updates.
The result is an inclusive platform that helps people find resources, follow advocacy issues, connect with the Coalition’s work and take action.
