The Housing Authority of Cook County needed a major website overhaul to effectively communicate with their residential customers as well as with their landlords who manage properties. We developed a user-friendly mapping application that plots all available properties on a customized Google Map interface. Users can filter by program type and other factors. Robust property detail pages include detailed photo galleries, custom amenity icons, dynamic embedded Google Maps, rent calculators, and more.
We also developed a detailed resource directory, categorized FAQ page, dynamic global search, and other site features to make it easy for users to find the content they need.
During the project, we also worked with our partner Morreale Communications to completely redesign the brand. The new brand vision is now rolled out across social media, print, email, and other mediums.
