MultiPolls is a mobile app that rewards users for completing quick and engaging surveys. Initially reliant on Google Ads as its sole user acquisition channel, the app struggled to scale profitably and lacked the infrastructure to measure long-term performance effectively.
REPLUG was brought in to rebuild MultiPolls’ growth engine from the ground up, applying a full-funnel mobile marketing strategy. We began by implementing a robust tracking setup using Singular as the Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), unlocking precise attribution and cohort-based ROAS insights.
From there, we diversified user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, multiple DSPs (including Moloco, Jampp, and Liftoff), and OEM placements such as Xiaomi, Oppo, and Appnext. Each channel was supported by platform-specific creatives developed and optimized through iterative testing.
To strengthen organic acquisition, we also introduced App Store Optimization (ASO), improving keyword targeting, metadata, and creative assets to boost visibility and install conversion rates across both iOS and Android.
The impact of this transformation was substantial:
– 273% increase in ROAS (cohort-based)
– 74% increase in overall app revenue
– 191% increase in paid media investment
