This website was created from a data-driven approach after analyzing a few months of user interactions with the old structure and content. Our team designed more effective landing pages and funnels for the client while taking the needs of job seekers and employers into consideration. We crafted a custom plugin to handle API calls to a custom CRM that feeds job data to the site’s front end while using a Laravel helper application to process job seeker data. The client now has a fully functioning marketing tool for growth and the site handles tens of thousands of visitors per month. The site also features a custom back-end so the client’s marketing team can update content as needed while providing users with a fully mobile experience using Bootstrap 5.
