After UKG was born in 2020 from the merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software, our challenge was to replace the three legacy sites with one new, unified site in a competitive landscape that is rife with an overall experience that can only be described as complex, convoluted, and mundane. Our response was to deploy a simple and authentic communication strategy that puts the “human” back in HR. This required a complicated content migration of resources, blog, and news content from two of the three legacy websites, including 9 different global versions of content.
