Luxembourg Airport replaced the traditional menu-based website with a friendly AI companion.
Meet Réno the Fox, a multilingual digital concierge who is the homepage.
Travellers simply ask:
“Email me updates for my flight.”
“Which belt is my luggage on?”
“Is there parking right now?”
Réno replies instantly using live data from airport systems — flights, parking, buses, and weather — delivering accurate, human answers in seconds.
Built as an AI-first interface, Réno merges advanced language processing with clean, inclusive UX design. He speaks several languages, reads questions naturally, and can even speak back through text-to-speech for accessibility.
Since launch, Réno has answered 178 000 + questions with 89 % positive feedback, reducing calls and emails to the InfoDesk and creating calmer passengers.
The airport team now describes him as “a colleague who never sleeps.”
Réno isn’t just a chatbot.
He’s the new digital face of Luxembourg Airport — bridging travel, technology, and empathy into one intelligent experience.
