Starting in 2022, the company’s international website relaunched from scratch as a digital service platform based on TYPO3, Aimeos, HubSpot and Contentserv.

THE VISION

The development of a digital experience platform focussing on an optimal customer experience. The relaunch aimed to introduce lead management and marketing automation and connect third-party systems such as HubSpot, SAP and Contentserv.

BINDER’s Digital Experience Platform was created for exceptional customer experiences. As a central touchpoint, it provides the target group with all relevant information, services, and functions. In addition to connecting the forms to HubSpot, HubSpot helps with automated deal generation for product enquiries, and lead management including scoring and processing service requests.

The result: 31% more sessions, 374 more keywords in the top 10 rankings, 95%-time savings when importing data.
