For Ivory Group‘s digital rebrand, we developed the innovative People Instincts concept, transforming their recruitment services into a visually distinctive digital experience.

Working in a market saturated with identical messaging, we embraced and expanded upon Ivory Group’s existing elephant logo, recognising its potential to represent their core philosophy—having natural instincts for matching the right people with opportunities.

We created a comprehensive visual system featuring personified animals in professional settings, with each animal character representing different professional traits and career paths. This approach established immediate visual differentiation in a traditionally corporate sector while maintaining a sophisticated, professional tone.

The website design features a vibrant colour palette, sophisticated typography with Sofia Pro as the primary typeface, and geometric decorative elements derived directly from the logo’s faceted design. The user experience was crafted using our Art + Science methodology, balancing creative expression with evidence-based UX principles.

Key elements include intuitive sector-based navigation reflecting Ivory Group’s specialised expertise, distinct pathways for clients and candidates, and strategic presentation of their three core offerings: Performance People, Potential People, and Purpose People.

The personified animal characters have become powerful brand ambassadors, helping Ivory Group communicate their unique personality while creating immediate visual interest. This innovative approach has delivered exceptional results, including significant increases in engagement metrics, higher conversion rates, and transformative impact on brand perception.
