Art & Science wa tasked with refreshing Farber’s web identity, a financial services company specializing in debt solutions. Our goal was to create a mobile-first site that would position Farber as an empathetic, empowering ally in debt management, helping them stand out in a competitive market.
During discovery, we identified opportunities to simplify the user experience and brand messaging, aiming to reduce the stress associated with seeking debt help. We crafted the site to guide users through their options, answer their questions, and provide reassurance. The copy and design were tailored to remind users they are not alone, ensuring the site addressed their core needs and made the process of seeking help easier.
The design balances respect, professionalism, and hope, all crucial when discussing debt. We refreshed the colour palette, introducing unique elements like the stylized “F,” and reimagined photography to reflect Farber’s diverse audience. This new digital identity not only infused positivity into the user experience but also provided a foundation for updating Farber’s marketing assets across both digital and traditional platforms.
Our solution prioritized trust, security, and user experience by leveraging WordPress with a headless architecture. This setup enhanced performance, security, and integrations. Designed to boost lead generation and conversion, our advanced analytics implementation provides real-time insights, with call and event tracking, enabling precise optimization of their marketing efforts.
