SIXGUN collaborated with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and its fundraising division, the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, to enhance their data analytics and reporting capabilities.
For the Centre’s main website, SIXGUN integrated third-party tools like Raisely into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor user interactions such as calls, emails, form submissions, social media engagements, and file downloads. They also established cross-domain tracking with the Foundation’s sites and provided training for stakeholders.
For the Foundation, which operates across 12 subdomains, SIXGUN implemented a unified tracking system using a single Google Tag Manager (GTM) container. This setup facilitated cross-domain tracking, behaviour flow analysis, and integration of platforms like Raisely and Grassrootz into GA4.
The consolidated approach streamlined data reporting, improved operational efficiency, and offered comprehensive insights into user behaviour and donation pathways. Stakeholders received detailed documentation and training to effectively utilise the new systems.
