SKB bank is one of the oldest banks in Slovenia. They wanted to improve their online performance and website security. Following the security-by-design principles, Creatim has aligned the website with the bank’s high-security standards and introduced personalized workflows to address users’ needs better. As a result, the conversions in consultancy appointments, the bank’s most important KPI, have improved significantly.
