Users can explore how their offer compares to market trends, adjust price ranges, and see real-time updates on financing details, including rebates and effective price. The experience is optimized for both desktop and mobile.

We designed a conversational search interface that allows users to find homes using natural language. They can describe what they’re looking for, such as location, layout, or nearby amenities, and the system dynamically interprets and structures their input. AI suggestions update in real time, and filters remain visible and adjustable. The mobile-first design supports a smooth chat experience, with features like saving searches, regenerating options, and smart prompts that adapt to user input.
