Cymax Group Technologies is a leading eCommerce technology and logistics services platform for furniture manufacturers and retailers, but their eCommerce website, Cymax.com, was ready for an upgrade. Their customer experience and operational challenges were starting to impede their business, and attempting to address any of these issues was prohibitively expensive and time-consuming. To create a more modern approach to their e-commerce experience, Cymax brought in Orium to build a composable commerce architecture.
