Focused on connection and delivering premium guest experiences. The Crowne Plaza Belfast team sought to mirror this experience through a new website design and in 2022 sought our partnership.
Today they have a website that embodies their renowned quality of care and have repositioned their strength as industry leaders focused on the future.

Crowne Plaza Hotels are easily recognisable by their plum and grey brand identity and trademark flag. Our goal was to translate these creative assets to the highest standard across a fresh, modern website, with exceptional user experience and fully responsive design.
To improve user experience we completely rebuilt the site architecture, simplifying the navigation to make it easy for our client to edit and easy for users to find the what they need. All information is logically connected and made more user friendly through intuitive design elements and beautiful photography.
Static sidebar Booking buttons allow clients to book from any page on the website. Digital contact forms and a helpful Chat Support integration further improve customer service and drive conversions. The site is also fully optimised for mobile users, ensuring the Crowne Plaza brand delivers consistently to the highest standard across all devices.
Hospitality is a fast-paced business. On the back end of the site, we knew the marketing team needed a better way to manage their content and deliver new promotions. Utilizing a flexible WordPress CMS and Advanced Custom Fields, we were able to give the team the ability to easily edit and update their website. The website is now future proofed for easy management, putting control back in the hands of our client.
