The goal for this redesign was to showcase our service offerings and to allow visitors to get a sense of what it would be like to partner with us without having the opportunity to get to know us first. There are many companies out there that offer the same services that we do, finding the right agency that can deliver what you need and you can easily work alongside is the challenging part, having a site accurately reflect this was important to us. This is where development and design worked hand in hand to think differently about the type of user experience we wanted our visitors to have.
For example, the cursor on the home page when clicked plays our promo video which was the first touchpoint that we wanted visitors to have as they entered our site. Not only does it set the tone for the rest of the site, but it also introduces you to our team right away.
By being intentional with how the pages were set up and the experiences that we wanted our visitors to have on each page, we showcased how the simplest of things (such as filling out a contact form) could be a fun and enjoyable experience.
Each one of our team members touched this project, from development and design to the copy and production of the promo video, and the end result shows a cohesive site that accurately captures who we are and what we do.
