Wildbird (formerly Jili Allen Creative: Digital) aims to deliver impactful digital solutions, as demonstrated by its work with TalentYard Recruitment Ltd. The project involved redesigning and developing a modern recruitment platform to better connect candidates and employers, with a strong focus on user experience, functionality, and TalentYard’s distinct personality.

The process began with in-depth research into the recruitment market and two key audiences: candidates and employers. Insights revealed a need for simple navigation, clear communication, a streamlined application process, and a more personal, technology-driven approach to stand out from competitors.

The redesign centred on three core areas. First, a refreshed visual identity, alongside subtle brand evolution and hand-drawn, single-line illustrations to reflect a personal, human approach. Second, user interface improvements prioritised intuitive navigation and clear calls-to-action, making it easier to search and apply for roles. Third, mobile responsiveness ensured a seamless experience across all devices.

During development, performance, scalability, and security were prioritised. A strong content strategy was also implemented, featuring career advice, industry insights, and success stories to engage users, boost SEO, and position TalentYard as a thought leader.

The result is a high-performing recruitment platform delivering measurable success.
