Sam Houston State University’s renewed brand celebrates students who lead lives of service and purpose. Our challenge was to bring that mission to life in the university’s most visible space.
Through deep discovery and a human-centered approach, we redesigned shsu.edu and two related sites to create a unified digital ecosystem rooted in clarity, accessibility, and brand storytelling. The new design system pairs modern functionality with flexible, content-driven components that empower SHSU teams to keep the experience dynamic and consistent.
Today, shsu.edu, the Sam Houston Memorial Museum & Presidential Library site, and SHSU Physicians all reflect a cohesive identity that prioritizes users and elevates SHSU’s mission. A new analytics framework connects engagement to strategic goals, ensuring the digital experience continues to grow alongside the institution.
The result is a vibrant, purpose-driven web presence that turns belief in SHSU’s mission into meaningful action.
