Out & Equal is a nonprofit that helps global companies build LGBTQ+-inclusive workplace cultures, but a fragmented digital presence was undercutting that mission. Out & Equal ran two disconnected properties, a public marketing website and a separate member portal called the Global Hub, with mismatched branding, and years of rapid messaging changes had left the marketing website cluttered and inconsistent.
Kanopi Studios, a website design and development agency, unified both properties into a single WordPress website. The redesigned marketing website replaced cluttered messaging with clear, conversion-focused calls to action. The Global Hub member portal was integrated into the same platform, connected to Salesforce for user data, with MagicLink Pro added for passwordless, email-only sign-on. Kanopi also built a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) Registry, a searchable directory where members can list and find workplace resource groups.
Out & Equal now has one unified WordPress website that markets its services more effectively, keeps members engaged, and gives its team the tools to manage and grow the site without depending on outside developers for every change.
