“Order Automation Project: Transforming Sales Operations” Project Overview:
The “Order Automation System” is an innovative leap in the field of sales process automation. Targeted at simplifying and refining the complex sequence of sales operations, this project specifically addresses the challenges of managing over 20 criteria and more than 18 data entry operations across diverse systems and user groups. The initiative seamlessly integrates the proposal and order stages, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
A key feature of this project is the integration between Proposal and Order systems for each product item, ensuring accurate information flow for invoicing. This integration not only automates the transition between proposal, order, and installation phases but also achieves a significant reduction in resource usage – saving an estimated 3 man-hours monthly and completely eliminating errors in these operations. The project has successfully automated the conversion of 34,000 proposals to orders, with new order entry times reduced to just 10 minutes. Additionally, the time for upgrading/downgrading orders has been cut to an average of 5 minutes.
