Optimise Online spent twelve years building websites properly for other people and rushing its own. In July 2026 the agency put itself through the same nine-stage process it sells to clients, and that process became the architecture. Thirteen services sit nested under three stages of business growth, Foundation, Flow and Fuel, so visitors identify by where their business actually is rather than guessing which service to buy.
The site names the problem before it offers anything, and the copy educates rather than sells. A custom brandmark, a typographic rule applied consistently across every section, and a colour system governed by a stated ratio replace an identity that had not changed since the company was one person in 2013. A light and dark theme toggle gives visitors control over how they read, which is the same principle the agency applies to client decisions.
Google Lighthouse returns 100 for accessibility and 100 for SEO on both mobile and desktop, the result of designing for accessibility at the wireframe stage rather than retrofitting it.
Enquiry volume fell after launch and enquiry quality rose, which is what a qualifying website is supposed to do. A national equipment supplier commissioned an inventory systems and ecommerce build the old site gave no sign the agency could deliver. A landscaping design and construction firm began at the Foundation stage and cited being educated rather than sold to. At an engineering client, a marketing manager who had never dealt with the agency read the site and began scoping a project.
