Zoocha delivered the design and development of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust site which serves 2.5 million patients, requiring a strong adherence to accessibility standards and a usable design that would cover all bases.
The project had an extensive discovery phase including user research with over 700 participants of different ages and abilities, which was paramount in influencing the web designs and ensuring the optimal user experience, and ultimately the success of the site.
