In 2022 we completed a CRO (conversion rate optimisation) process based on extensive quantitative and qualitative research. This is a major design update focusing on reducing friction and guiding users to key content. The site continues to pull property data directly from SalesForce, allowing the client to focus on news and support content.
For the front end, we improved usability by bringing Search and Filtering functionality to the forefront, supporting listings with great imagery that helps sell the properties.
Data is held locally and, along with optimised front-end code, delivers blistering fast page load times. On top of that, the Resort guides, News and FAQ sections make the site useful to anyone planning a ski trip.
