Blue Water Marine, a Florida-based boat retailer, came to us managing three separate websites for different locations—each requiring its own updates, contracts, and domains. We consolidated all sites into one custom, SEO-optimized platform that now showcases inventory from all locations (plus a new fourth one added at launch), making it easier for customers to browse and compare boats without needing to choose a location first. Because all dealerships are within close proximity, the site supports a shared-inventory model that reflects how customers actually shop. We also designed a custom mega menu that organizes each location with its own set of navigation links, making it simple for users to explore inventory and services by dealership while maintaining a cohesive experience. We built a custom inventory feed that updates twice daily, dramatically reducing backend work and getting boats on the site faster. Inventory pages were custom-built to match exactly what the client wanted to display, including advanced filtering options like horsepower—something not possible with templated platforms. Quote and demo requests feed directly into Salesforce CRM, and pricing can be hidden behind a “Get Instant Quote” button that triggers near-instant follow-up. The result is a sleek, high-performing site that functions as a powerful marketing and sales engine—built to scale with the business.
