This redesign was part of a larger rebranding project for the web design agency Word of Web. The goal of the redesign was to create a site that would better reflect our company’s personality and speak to our target audience. We started by conducting audience and competitor research, and then creating voice/tone guidelines, a visual style guide, and a UX sitemap. Next, we wrote SEO-optimized copy for all site pages. Finally, we designed and developed the site in WordPress. A big part of this project was creating the custom illustrations and icons you’ll find throughout the site.
