Browser London partnered with a leading healthcare software provider to revamp their data dashboard’s UX/UI, aiming to enhance usability and support expansion into North America. Through an initial five weeks of user research and then another eight weeks of iterative design and testing, we developed a role-based interface featuring streamlined incident reporting, customisable dashboards, and intuitive reporting tools. The redesign improved data accessibility and decision-making for healthcare professionals, aligning with user needs and driving platform growth.
