VALAI is a FinTech for Climate Action company built by a team of creative technologists, sustainability experts and property valuers devoted to building the future beyond net zero. Their data feeds financial decision-making tools that empower businesses to support home electrification at scale, drive green financing and manage ESG risk.

They needed to take their brand and create a refined commercial digital presence that talks to the discrete needs of the finance, insurance and property sectors. The time had come for their website to do some heavy lifting and simplify the user journey at the start of a long, complex sales cycle.
Starting with the brand family, we suggested changes to the VALAI brand to make it stand out as the parent brand. This simple but powerful branding shift gave the green light to a brand new graphical user interface for their website. A green light to create a crisp enterprise visual narrative.

The UX designed to let executives across all levels of prospective client organisations self-select information and see relevant outcomes fast. Distinct market segment user journeys are featured in the top navigation, ensuring that industry pertinent content is only one click away. From here, each industry sector page follows a consistent pattern: problem → response → outcomes → next step.

The result is a supportive selling tool for a complex data-as-a-service product; a website that is packed with information and truly pleasant to move through.
