Too Good To Go is more than just an international organisation; it’s a movement inspiring and empowering everyone to join the fight against food waste. The app has become the world’s largest marketplace for surplus food, offering a unique platform where users can rescue perfectly good food from going to waste. By partnering with local stores, cafes, and restaurants, they make it easy for people to enjoy delicious meals at great prices, while making a positive impact on the environment. Their website can often be the first port of call for potential B2C and B2B customers.
Too Good To Go’s website could have been the cornerstone in convincing B2B customers to sign up to the fight against food waste. But a legacy CMS and outdated IA/user journeys were holding it back.
In collaboration with Too Good To Go’s senior team, we overhauled the website IA/UX to serve both B2C and B2B audiences. We refreshed the digital brand and messaging, then replatformed to a Sanity CMS headless setup with modular content and customised publishing pipelines to empower their international teams.
The impact was a clearer, more compelling, scalable and highly performant product that converts prospective customers much more effectively and is much easier to update and evolve.
