Oil Nut Bay–an exclusive island resort community–provides distinct offerings for three different markets: renters, owners and day visitors. Because of the three separate markets, the old website was very information-heavy and deeply layered, making it harder to navigate.

For the best user experience and the quickest access to necessary information, the website was strategically broken into three smaller sites–Rental, Real Estate and Marina–each with their own navigation under a super navigation for shared pages and easy movement between the three.
