Since late 2023, we’ve been leading marketing and strategic repositioning for The Victoria Centre — a longstanding shopping centre in Southend-on-Sea undergoing a quiet transformation. With the role of retail spaces changing fast, the goal was never just to drive footfall. It was to reframe what a centre like this could be — not just a place to shop, but a space rooted in local life.
Our approach has centred on connection, visibility, and consistency. That means showing real faces, telling honest stories, and creating campaigns that feel grounded in Southend’s identity. We’ve introduced initiatives that are both accessible and high-impact — from The Face of the Victoria Centre to a full suite of offline design that makes the centre feel more inviting, coherent, and community-driven.
In 2024, we helped launch The Bridge — a major new project giving six months’ rent-free space to emerging high street entrepreneurs. We led branding and marketing for the entire initiative, from naming and visual identity to messaging and signage. It’s already redefining how the centre is perceived and used.
Socials now work harder and smarter — not just building awareness but attracting new tenants. Alongside SEO improvements and email marketing, we’re building a brand that feels local, modern and full of potential.
