In 2024, the North Fort Bend Water Authority (NFBWA) partnered with Mighty Citizen to launch a year-long marketing initiative designed to deepen engagement with key audiences—water providers, HOAs, and residents in the North Fort Bendarea. Our goal was to increase awareness around critical water initiatives and inspire meaningful action through clear, strategic messaging.

We executed a series of integrated campaigns, revamped our Mobile Learning Lab, and brought to life a new educational mascot, Larry the Sprinkler, who has quickly become a community favorite. The project was not only creatively effective but also measurably successful. Key areas like Boosted Post Monitoring and the Larry Launch Campaign showcased impressive efficiency. Newsletter open and click-through rates also increased, 2-3x higher than industry standards.

This project is a model of marketing excellence, delivering significant awareness, driving engagement, and exemplifying how creative strategy drives impact.
