MEM (formerly Missouri Employers Mutual) is a workers compensation carrier that was evolving from their state-sponsored charter to become a private organization that serves clients across state lines.
Our company had developed the current brand and website, and now needed to evolve both. For the new site, we needed to make information quick and easy to find, with short copy and bright, bold graphics. Large callouts create clear paths to action for policyholders, employees and agents. At every step, visitors are invited to find an agent or log in to their accounts.
Surprising animations and subtle rollover effects draw users’ attention to the information they need, from core brand promises, through social proof, to key next steps for each audience.
