An AI-Powered Tool for Personalized Medicare Plan Recommendations.
The Challenge
Shopping for Medicare insurance can be challenging. Existing websites provide generalized and incomplete plan recommendations, leaving shoppers with a lack of clarity and unwanted sales calls. Medicare Shopper aims to empower users by providing clear, personalized plan recommendations and only connecting them with agents licensed to sell their chosen plan. To achieve this, Medicare Shopper needed to create a seamless way to connect users with agents for private Medicare insurance. To provide personalized recommendations, they required a system to connect to an existing API that matches users with similar customer profiles, suggests suitable plans, and estimates total out-of-pocket costs.
The Outcome
Flower Press Interactive partnered with Medicare Shopper’s in-house development team to design a user-friendly web app that simplifies the process. The app guides users through a structured questionnaire and integrates with the API to generate tailored plan suggestions. Thoughtful UX design, clear copy, and large, accessible buttons ensure ease of use for a wide audience. A fresh color palette and custom icons make the design fresh and help Medicare Shopper stand out from similar tools.
