Lullabot collaborated with the State of Maryland to lead the strategy, design, and development of the new Maryland.gov, turning the state’s digital front door into a more intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experience.
Lullabot developed the content strategy and information architecture, guiding page structure, messaging, and layouts around what Marylanders need to find and accomplish. The team worked closely with the Maryland team to validate content while keeping a consistent experience across the site.
Lullabot also contributed the visual design and user experience, creating an interface that prioritizes clarity, accessibility, consistency, and ease of use. Its front-end and back-end developers then architected, built, and launched the complete technical experience.
From content strategy and UX to visual design and engineering, Lullabot helped Maryland achieve its vision of bringing the many moving parts of state government together into one cohesive digital experience designed around the diverse people it serves.
