HR Green Website Redesign
Seventh Scout partnered with HR Green, one of the oldest engineering and construction firms in the United States, to rebuild a website that could keep pace with their growth. Their previous site was functional but fragile, built on an unsupported custom theme that made updates difficult and risky. With thousands of pages, expanding services, and a nationwide footprint, HR Green needed a digital home that was stable, intuitive, and aligned with their brand.
We began with a full content and field inventory to understand the depth of their existing structure. From there, we redesigned the information architecture, introduced a new mega menu for easier navigation, and streamlined pathways for clients, prospects, job seekers, and partners. The design refresh brought clarity and cohesion to typography, color, iconography, and content hierarchy.
On the backend, we rebuilt the site in Elementor to give their internal team more control and security. Structured fields, improved workflows, and hands-on training ensured they could manage content confidently without risking breakage.
We reinvented key sections like Insights, Locations, and Careers to better reflect HR Green’s expertise and culture. The mobile experience was completely redesigned to support users in the field or on the go.
The result is a modern, stable, and scalable website that matches the breadth of HR Green’s work and the ambition of their future. It’s thoughtful, intuitive, and built to evolve… a true reflection of a long-term, collaborative partnership.
