We partnered with the DMC to redesign its public-facing website, improving usability for individuals lodging complaints and for organisations seeking regulatory guidance.
The updated site brings the “Make a Complaint” process front and centre, with clearer calls to action and a simplified user journey. At the same time, we restructured content to help industry professionals quickly find the resources they need, from the DMA Code to recent rulings and investigation procedures.
Built with accessibility and responsiveness in mind, the new platform works seamlessly across all devices. The result is a clearer, more approachable experience that maintains the DMC’s authority while improving engagement across the board.
