We were engaged following a competitive tender to transform the Better Rehab experience. We held extensive workshops, looking to better understand each critical user persona and their objectives. From there, we developed user flow maps to create the required seamlessness. From a UI standpoint, we brought to life their brand by utilising their brand shapes & elements, creating visuals of their patients & staff popping out of these shapes to create depth in our design. Importantly, we also implemented accessibility practices including a customised widget for hearing & sight impaired users.
