Bassadone Automotive Group commissioned Visarc to create a stylish new website to present the group’s portfolio of businesses to a global audience.
Bassadone Automotive Group has grown organically over several decades across Europe. From Gibraltar and Spain to the Baltic states, as well as the UK. Today, each local entity is established and respected in its local or specific area. However, the Group lacked a website that could communicate its core activities. This requirement led to the briefing of the project, which has raised awareness of the Bassadone Automotive Group with its target audiences across the automotive industry.
Bassadone wanted their website to stand out, whilst conveying the values of the business. Our creative team took that ethos and produced a very well-received website. From the bespoke animations to the art-directed imagery, the website is dynamic and unique, just like the company it represents.
Key objectives the site delivers against are:
- Increase the awareness of the brand
- Introduce its various activities with consistency as a mobility provider
- Emphasise the group’s value proposition to car manufacturers
- Promote the values of the group
- Establish the brand internationally
Whilst working on the striking animations, our web development team also considered those that suffer from motion sensitivity conditions. The website needed to be as inclusive as possible, so the components are designed to respect the users’ browser and system settings regarding animations. The website also targets accessibility requirements conforming to WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) and passes Google’s PageSpeed accessibility tests.
Now a key asset for Bassadone’s team, the website successfully showcases the company. It plays a crucial role in both the early stages of new business discussions and in conveying the company’s culture and values to prospective employees.
