The Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) is a 100-year-old gallery located in the heart of Edmonton offering tours, events, exhibitions, and more! The Box Clever team had the exciting opportunity to design and build a brand-new website for the Gallery. The previous website was outdated in the look and feel, difficult to navigate, and time consuming for AGA website administrator to add and edit content. This resulted in a frustrating user experience for web visitors.
The new site, built on WebGuide CMS, offers a modern look and feel and easy navigation to all key areas of the website. The new custom designed website focuses on showing everything the gallery has to offer including Exhibitions, Art Sales, Memberships and classes through the year. Users can browse through art pieces, find upcoming and current exhibitions, purchase membership and find classes.
The new design properly showcase the AGA as an Arts leader not only in Alberta but in Canada.
