An overhaul of the Ville de Boucherville’s website was long overdue. The project’s limited resources and high expectations demanded impeccable planning.
Launched in 2022, boucherville.ca now lets us better serve our clientele and has remarkably increased efficiency.
Centred on user needs, with interactive features, fluid navigation, quality content, and a high level of accessibility, the City now boasts a site that reflects the quality of its services.
Impressive results within a year: 31% jump in visits, 30% decrease in the number of calls received, and a satisfaction rate of 82%.
