SPIRE Smart Buildings is the first comprehensive assessment and rating program enabling property owners to identify, prioritize and promote building performance across six key dimensions. Built on Drupal, the website enabled the SPIRE team to market the new, generate leads, and drive sales to generate revenue for this first-of-a-kind offering.
