When the San José Public Library Foundation (SJPLF) was ready for a website overhaul, they called upon Digital Pollen Collective to create a new web presence that effectively served their community + addressed their unique dual audiences. Together, we developed a solution that leveraged streamlined navigation, intuitive search paths, and compelling messaging to guide users from headline-to-detail with strategic CTAs—and measurable results.
Post-launch, the new site has seen a 25% increase in overall web traffic and more than doubled views on their Impact, Events, and Ways to Give pages. It has been celebrated by SJPLF’s donors, government partners, leadership, and staff as an effective new tool for the organization and one that positions the Foundation as community responders and proactive partners to the Library and City of San José – bringing philanthropic power (and awareness!) to its 25 public library locations and beyond.
