For over 75 years, Simonton’s award-winning vinyl windows and doors have helped consumers reframe the way they look at their homes. Following a series of in-depth marketing and brand studies and stakeholder interviews, a new strategy was developed for the Simonton brand that defined ownable attributes, key messaging, and points of differentiation as they relate to the brand’s two primary audiences: builders/contractors and homeowners.
The refreshed positioning was brought to life through a robust new visual brand system and the website was redesigned to better align the online experience with the new brand positioning.
The overarching goal of the site is to build awareness and preference for the Simonton doors and windows brand among homeowners and trade professionals by educating the consumer/customer, driving engagement, and increasing purchase intent.
Simonton.com was rebuilt from the ground up to create an improved user experience with streamlined content that delivers on the revised positioning: “Impressive inside and out.” Messaging and imagery were tailored to our key audiences.
