Our web team partnered with our client to update their website with a clean, modern, and streamlined design. The new website is visually appealing and well organized for quick and easy navigation. We used an elevated color palette with ample white space and selected vibrant new photos to modernize the site’s look and feel. Drawing on market research about McCaffrey’s audience, our team restructured the site to improve the user experience. Enhancements included multi-avenue navigation – main navigation bar, side navigation for high traffic areas (circulars, online orders), footer navigation, html site map – and actionable CTAs on every page. In addition, we consolidated the existing site map, grouping pages by store department to simplify the user journey and optimize permalinks. Visitors to the site can now immediately find the information they need and enjoy a seamless and engaging experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
