Dial.ogue is a premium AI voice agent product launched by TSA Group, an accredited call centre specialist with decades of experience in customer experience and communications across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. As a brand new product entering a market full of misconceptions, this website was its first digital home and needed to work hard from day one.

Voice AI has a reputation problem. Poor implementations and robotic automated services have left many businesses sceptical of the technology. The site needed to cut through that noise, reframe the conversation, and position Dial.ogue clearly as an intelligent support tool for time-poor teams rather than a replacement for human staff. It also needed to speak to a wide range of audiences, from sole traders and small businesses through to large corporations, all under a flexible subscription model.

A dark-theme visual direction was applied throughout, with rich gradients and deep colours refracting across surfaces to create depth, atmosphere, and a premium aesthetic that reflects the sophistication of the product. A custom animation library built entirely in Rive powers rich interactivity across the site, with state machines enabling hover and press events that layer seamlessly over continuously playing base animations, making the experience feel alive and responsive at every turn.

The site unfolds through a scroll-driven, step-based journey that guides visitors through the product’s core value proposition with narrative momentum. A live “call to try” demo allows users to dial in and experience a realistic interaction firsthand, directly challenging the robotic reputation of older voice AI models and letting the product speak for itself.

The result is a digital presence as intelligent and engaging as the product it represents.
