CAMP Digital built a digital strategy for Bonfe, a multi-trade home service leader, to close the gap between digital advertising and actual closed revenue. Historically, the home services sector has struggled with data fragmentation, where ad spend often prioritizes lead volume regardless of job value or technician availability.
To address this, the agency integrated Bonfe’s real-time operational data with an advanced advertising platform using its proprietary Agentic Interface. By feeding 1st-party business signals (including CRM deal values, offline conversions and departmental capacity) directly into AI-driven campaigns, the platform could optimize for bottom-line impact. This aligned marketing efforts with Bonfe’s live dispatch board, so ads were prioritized for high-value services when capacity was available.
Between January and June 2026, this synchronization allowed the AI to adapt on its own to seasonal trade shifts, resulting in $81,403.56 in verified revenue from a $7,041.83 investment. The model shows that unifying operational intelligence with AI-driven advertising cuts wasted spend and scales profitably.
