Ouway is a same-day delivery platform designed for retail shops across New York City. The product connects local businesses with customers through a mobile application that handles shop browsing, order fulfillment, package sending and returns in a single interface.

The design was built around trust. Overpass Bold and Rubik create a typographic voice that is authoritative yet human, a navy and cyan palette communicates reliability without coldness, and a friendly flat illustration system makes complex logistics flows immediately understandable for any user. From the first location-sharing screen to the final delivery confirmation, every decision was made so that a high-stakes, time-sensitive service feels completely under control.
